Owner Advertising Terms and Conditions Code of practice for advertising on www.caravanholidaysonline.co.uk web site.

 Owners Commitment and Code of Practice.

1. All owners to provide full contact details and agree for us to pass these to guests in the event of dispute,
2. Owners unable to fulfill a booking to notify guest as soon as problem is known, and give a commitment to reimburse any money paid within 28 days.
3. Owners must be legally entitled to offer the goods or services you advertise. You must ensure that all advertisements you submit are in no way unlawful.
4. All deposit and full bookings / monies received must be confirmed to guests and receipt sent via post or e-mail within 7 days confirming date and time booked, guests names, if passes are included and amount paid.
5. All correspondence to ourselves to include a pitch reference.
6. All prices to be set and advised in writing by the owner.
7. All pictures and accommodation descriptions to be true representation.
8. All re-advertising to be advised in writing or via e-mail stating date and price.
9. All bookings to be notified on a weekly by e-mail basis preferably by Friday each week.
10. Any owner not keeping up to date will have their advertisement moved to the bottom of the web page.
11. Any owner not abiding by these rules will be permanently removed from the web site.
12. We or www.caravanholidaysonline.co.uk or anybody acting on our behalf except no liability for errors or omissions for information on the web site and is provided in good faith.
13. We or www.caravanholidaysonline.co.uk or anybody acting on our behalf except no liability from holiday guests not being able to complete a holiday booking.

 In return we will endeavor to the following.

1. Update the web site mid week and at weekends unless holidays or seasonal tendencies necessitate otherwise.
2. Forward enquiries to all owners via e-mail service.
3. A nominal charge to aid web site and advertising running costs paid at the time of commencement of advertising.
   Pricing guide of £55 to £75

A reduction in above advertisement costs of £20 discount for each new owner recommended and taking up advertisement on the web site, and a £20 a year discount thereafter for the duration the newly recommended owner stays on the web site. There will be no credits for excess of these amounts.

Owner Advertising Information
Please find here a link to the Owners Questionnaire / Price List for you to fill out your owner details by typing, crossing or selecting from drop down menus boxes to enable me to have a permanent record of your requirements for the forthcoming holiday season.
Please fill out and print two copies of the enclosed Owners Questionnaire / Price List send one to us after contacting us via e-mail or phone for our address (as we are not at liberty to publish personnel addresses for security reasons on the website) together with a cheque for advertisement costs, (made payable to Bernard or Helen Gilmour) and keep the other for your own reference.

Cancellations of advertisement by owners.
The private owners advertisement may be cancelled at any time, but no refund will be given for the remaining months.
By accessing any part of this Website, you shall be deemed to have accepted these terms in full.
Any private booking outstanding must be honoured or a full refund offered.
