General Terms and Conditions of
Hiring a Caravan or Lodge.
- Caravans for hire
will generally be available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and must be
vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure, This is to allow time for the
caravans to be cleaned. This may vary slightly from caravan to caravan. So
please check caravan owners details in advance (as per individual
advertisers requirements).
- Please leave all
caravans & equipment in excellent condition for other prospective holiday
makers to enjoy there holiday. As you would expect the caravan to be left.
If an owner is notified that you have not left the caravan in a
respectable condition we have the right to refuse your future
applications. All damages must be reported and paid for. If you notice
something damaged on your arrival please report it to the owner.
- Please
observe/respect all park rules during your holiday. These can be found at
the park offices.
- In the event of the
caravan becoming unfit for hire due to accident, damage, or circumstances
beyond the owners control, the owner reserve the right to cancel reservations and all
monies paid would be returnable.
- The number of
births is the maximum number of occupants that are allowed to use the
caravan. This number includes adults, children, infants and any pets. This
is to comply with local fire codes and no exceptions can be made.
- Check whether the
holiday park allows all male/female groups. Many sites do not allow
party's consisting of only single sex's. There is also a minimum age
requirement of the main hirer being 21 years or over.
- Customers are
requested to bring there own personal linen eg. bed linen, bath towels,
hand towels, dish clothes etc.

Bookings

All booking are made directly with the caravan / lodge owners by selecting
a caravan you wish to book (that meets your own requirements) accessed via
their web page.
www.caravanholidaysonline.co.uk only act as advertising agents.

Go to the prices page and find the page for the month you are interested
in, using the link at the top of this page, Look in the dates column to find a vacant
caravan indicated by the price value with a green background i.e
£300

Check that the caravan standard, berth, accommodation type etc meet your
requirements and click on the price in with the green background to view
pictures of the caravan and owners contact details.

On wishing to place a booking, you will be required to contact the
caravan owner direct to finalise the booking.
Initial contact can be via e-mail, telephone or mobile to check
availability,

Check what is included in the price, passes, bedding, gas / electricity,
pets if required, on deposits, cancellation and refund policies in the
event of you or the owner being unable to fulfil booking,

Ask the owner to send you a booking form and information pack.

Once you receive a booking form fill out and send any deposit required,
bearing in mind most owners operate bookings on a first come first served
basis and do not reserve them on an enquiry.
Request confirmation of deposits and bookings made.

Ensure prompt payments of final balances by requested dates. Most owners
reserve the right to re-advertise if balances are not paid by due dates.
This can result in any deposit being lost.

Once a final payment has been made and before you depart for your holiday
you should receive payment confirmation and completed booking in form to
present to reception to obtain owners keys and park passes (if included).

Please clean up at the end of your holiday and return any keys to
reception.

Please leave feedback with the owner of the accommodation you hired for
other guests appraisal.

Advertising Owners Commitment.
- All owners to
provide full contact details and agree for us to pass these to guests in
the event of dispute,
- Owners unable
to fulfill a booking to notify guest as soon as problem is known, and give
a commitment to reimburse any money paid within 28 days.
- All
correspondence to ourselves to include a pitch reference.
- All prices to
be set and advised in writing by the owner.
- All pictures
and accommodation descriptions to be true representation.
- All
re-advertising to be advised in writing stating date and price.
- All bookings
to be notified on a weekly basis preferably by Friday each week.
- Any owner not
keeping up to date will have their advertisement moved to the bottom of
the web page.
- Any owner not
abiding by these rules will be permanently removed from the web site.
- We or
www.caravanholidaysonline.co.uk or anybody acting on our behalf except
no liability for errors or omissions for information on the web site and
is provided in good faith.
- We or
www.caravanholidaysonline.co.uk or anybody acting on our behalf except
no liability from holiday guests not being able to complete a holiday
booking.
- It is the Owners Responsibility to
ensure their details and descriptions are correct representations. Should
we find you are not doing so we have the right to cancel your
advertisement on this site (without reimbursement of your advertising
costs). If you are advertising elsewhere. Please before confirming
bookings with your clients, send an e-mail to

to mark off the caravan as being unavailable for rent. In order to prevent
double bookings.

Photographs:
Must be of the accommodation being advertised and be a true
representation.

photographs, but will make every effort to reproduce the best image from
the photograph unloaded. It must be remembered that the descriptions in
the advertisements are provided by the Owners and have not been
verified by

- Owners must be legally
entitled to offer the goods or services you advertise. You must ensure
that all advertisements you submit are in no way unlawful.
- Extracts may be downloaded and printed
from this Website on the following understanding:-
a. Pages are viewed and a copy printed for personal use only.
b. One copy of this page may be printed for personal use and reference
only.
c. Any other copying, printing and distribution of the contents of this
Website are strictly forbidden.
d. No sections of the web site may be reproduced on or transmitted to or
