Privately owned Prestige Standard ABI Brisbane 37ft x 12ft 3 Bedroom Holiday Caravan for hire at one of Haven’s Prestigious Family Holiday Parks at Pwllheli in North Wales. This caravan has a large enclosed wooden veranda with garden bench, garden table & chairs Ideal for family's with children on hot sunny days, Preferred to sleeps up to 6 maximum.

    

         

         

              

Including  Furnished Spacious Lounge - Gas Fire, Combi Colour TV & Video, Freeview, DVD Player, Fully Fitted
Kitchen - Microwave, Fridge, Cooker, Toaster Separate Dining Area, H/C Water, Toilet & Shower & Basin,
One Double Bedroom & Two Twin Bedrooms,  Panel Heaters In All Bedrooms,  Quilts & Pillows
Provided But Please Supply Your Own Personal Linen, Gas, Electricity included. Private Parking.
There is also a large enclosed Veranda  (Ideal for families with small children so they don't wander off)

Booking Terms.
Bookings will be on a first come first served basis.
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to book a holiday.
Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to taking holiday or will be re-advertised.
No ALL MALE or ALL FEMALE parties or pets allowed.
Full names of all members guest plus dates of birth for under 18’s at date of holiday. (Haven requirement for booking registration form and issuing of passes.)
Booking registration will be sent when full payment is received. (Required to release keys)
Sorry No Pets
A valid domestic TV licence will cover use at the holiday accommodation but should not be in use at your home address at the same time.
If a problem beyond our control occurs, (i.e. Flood, Fire, Act of God or Vandalism etc.) then a full refund will be given.
 
Usage Terms.
Arrival time is 3pm on start of holiday and departure time is 11am at end of holiday. (This is to allow time for the caravan to be cleaned)
A keys will be sent to guests prior to the holiday and must be returned in the pre-paid envelope provided on completion of the holiday. Extra key available with security deposit.
Site Passes for all members of the Family & use of all site amenities are not included in the price, These can be ordered extra when booking or paid for on arrival at site.
All site clubs, restaurants, pools and activities etc are available for use with site passes.
All Gas & Electricity is included.
Quilts and pillows (with protectors) are available for use but please provide your own quilt covers, sheets and pillowcases or bring your own personal bedding.
Crockery, pots & pans are provided
