Booking Terms.
Bookings will be on a first come first served basis.
A non-refundable deposit
of £50 is required to book a holiday.
Full payment is required
6 weeks prior to taking holiday or will be re-advertised.
No ALL MALE or ALL
FEMALE parties or pets allowed.
Full names of all
members guest plus dates of birth for under 18’s at date of holiday. (Haven
requirement for booking registration form and issuing of passes.)
Booking registration
will be sent when full payment is received. (Required to release keys)
Sorry No Pets
A valid domestic TV licence will cover use at the holiday accommodation
but should not be in use at your home address at the same time.
If a problem beyond our
control occurs, (i.e. Flood, Fire, Act of God or Vandalism etc.) then a full
refund will be given.
Usage Terms.
Arrival time is 3pm on
start of holiday and departure time is 11am at end of holiday. (This is to
allow time for the caravan to be cleaned)
A keys will be sent to
guests prior to the holiday and must be returned in the pre-paid envelope
provided on completion of the holiday. Extra key available with security
deposit.
Site Passes for all members of the Family & use of all site
amenities are not included in the price, These can be ordered extra when
booking or paid for on arrival at site.
All site clubs,
restaurants, pools and activities etc are available for use with site passes.
All Gas & Electricity is
included.
Quilts and pillows (with
protectors) are available for use but please provide your own quilt covers,
sheets and pillowcases or bring your own personal bedding.
Crockery, pots & pans
are provided

Hi Bernard,
Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU for the hire of your caravan – we had
such a lovely time – your caravan was a complete “Home from Home”. I hope
that the key arrived safely back to you – I posted it on Saturday 16th
September 2006.I would have no hesitation in recommending your lovely
caravan to anyone who wishes.

Just a quick mail to say thank you very much for letting us have your
wonderful caravan last week. We had a great time in the caravan and its
surroundings, shame the weather wasn't brilliant. The accommodation
itself was excellent, really clean and with everything that we could have
needed. Thanks again. Hopefully be in touch again to go back.

Thanks for the loan of your lovely caravan, we were very impressed with
the site and the location of your caravan. We had a lovely weekend apart
from Michael who ended up in A & E in Bangor after knocking himself out
falling off his bike! But he is OK now. We saw Dolphins swimming in the
sea right by the beach, hope that we will be able to use your caravan
again in the future. Thanks again

I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful stay we
had in your caravan . It was lovely and clean, had all the equipment that
we could wish for. Specially enjoyed the snakes and ladders game!. The
heating was good too and it kept us lovely and warm as the weather was a
bit changeable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this caravan to
anyone...thank you once again. we hope to come and stay next year.

Dear Mr Gilmour,
Just to let you know we had a lovely time at your caravan and only wished
we'd booked for the whole week !!! The Caravan itself was
superb.........my husband decided he wanted to move in permanently, (until
I reminded him there was no room for all his computer stuff !!! :)
) we didn't get much time to sample the caravan parks facilities
so I can't really comment on them.......the Reception was friendly and
efficient and the overall impression of the park was well kept and clean.
I would thoroughly recommend your caravan to anyone, Hope your wedding day
was a success !! Many Congratulations !

Dear Bernard and Helen,
We would like to thank you for letting us stay in your caravan we all had
a great time and would like to book you again in the near future we did
leave the caravan spotless when we left, we would also like to wish you
