Booking Terms.

Bookings will be on a first come first served basis.

A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to book a holiday.

Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to taking holiday or will be re-advertised.

No ALL MALE or ALL FEMALE parties or pets allowed.

Full names of all members guest plus dates of birth for under 18’s at date of holiday. (Haven requirement for booking registration form and issuing of passes.)

Booking registration will be sent when full payment is received. (Required to release keys)

Sorry No Pets

A valid domestic TV licence will cover use at the holiday accommodation but should not be in use at your home address at the same time.

If a problem beyond our control occurs, (i.e. Flood, Fire, Act of God or Vandalism etc.) then a full refund will be given.

Usage Terms.

Arrival time is 3pm on start of holiday and departure time is 11am at end of holiday. (This is to allow time for the caravan to be cleaned)

Keys can be collected on arrival and must be returned on departure to reception at Hafan-Y-Mor.

Site Passes for all members of the Family & use of all site amenities are not included in the price, These can be ordered extra when booking or paid for on arrival at site.

All site clubs, restaurants, pools and activities etc are available for use with site passes.

All Gas & Electricity is included.

Quilts and pillows (with protectors) are available for use but please provide your own quilt covers, sheets and pillowcases or bring your own personal bedding.

Crockery, pots & pans are provided

The caravan is ideal for young children , you can let your youngsters play knowing that they are safe within the boundaries . The garden is secluded and ideal for sunbathing in privacy... 18/08/07 Walton	Hi Mark & Margaret.... There was absolutely nothing we didn't like about your caravan. It was superb....Last year we stayed in a Haven Gold Standard Caravan and it was not a patch on yours...The cooking area was superb , but in particular the cleanliness of it , and also the different eating areas allowed flexibility for us to eat with our 6 year old . After finding everything in the caravan superb , we were amazed to find a fantastic private garden . Making your accommodation excellent value for money... Unfortunately the only thing that will prevent us from returning to the park is something that is beyond your control...My husband needs internet access when ever we go on holiday as he has his own business .. But the internet access in the Main Reception was very unreliable , which meant my husband had to drive to Bangor to get a good connection.. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family... 28/07/07 Coady	Hi Mark & Margaret. The caravan was clean, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed to make it comfortable and hassle free stay. The most impressive was the outside decked areas and garden. With having 2 young children it was a great safe and secure place for them to play in. It was particularly good that the decked area had a secure gate on it. The garden itself was long enough for us to play ball games in and there was plenty of patio tables/chairs. The garden was very well maintained.. All the Best..........Alison
