The
Caravan has Central Heating, Double Glazing and a spacious lounge looking
out onto the nature reserve. There is a colour, flat screen TV, DVD player
and freeview box. The lounge is furnished with a freestanding corner suit
and armchair with separate footstool and a coffee table. There are 2
radiators in the lounge/dining area and a gas fire
in the lounge section. Dining area has an extendable dining table and four
chairs. Kitchen consists of a cooker,
toaster, kettle, microwave, George Forman Grill, iron and pull out ironing
board, fridge-freezer and a full compliment
of pots, pans and utensils. A vacuum cleaner is also provided. There is a
Double Bedroom with king size bed and fitted wardrobe and en-suite toilet
and washbasin with overhead shaver point. A separate main bathroom
contains a shower, washbasin and toilet. There is a twin bedroom with
fitted wardrobe. Each bedroom has a TV aerial point should you
want to take a portable TV. Duvets and pillows are provided. The caravan
has piped gas therefore there are no
worries regarding empty gas cylinders. It has a veranda, overlooking the
nature reserve, with table and chairs.
The caravan is within easy reach of the entrance to the nature reserve and
the pathway across it to the beach.
The Entertainment Complex is five minutes walk away; Passes are needed to
enter the complex & are not included in the price, if required they can be
ordered when booking and paid for on arrival at Greenacres. |

TERMS &
CONDITIONS
Booking Terms
1 Bookings are strictly
first come first serve.
2 Bookings will not be
accepted of any person under the age of 21 Years.

A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is
required to book a holiday
4
A refundable £50.00 security bond is
required to cover the cost of any loss, damages and breakages or if the caravan
has not been cleaned to an acceptable standard upon departure (conditions apply
see security bond below).

If required dates are not available on receipt of deposit or if alternative
dates cannot be found deposit will be refunded.

Passes are not included in the holiday price but can be ordered when booking &
paid for on arrival at Greenacres Holiday Park.

Full payment less deposit must be made 6 weeks prior to commencement of holiday
or holiday dates may be re-advertised without refund of deposit.

Bookings made within 6 Weeks of the holiday start date are payable in full at
time of booking.

The person making the booking will be responsible for all correspondence,
payment of monies, the collection of keys, passes, the return of keys to
reception at Greenacres at the end of stay, the behaviour of guests in his/her
party the caravan & all its content and the cleanliness of the Caravan on
departure.

Guests must give their full name & address at date of holiday (Haven requirement for booking registration forms & the issuing of
passes). All park clubs, pools, restaurants & activities etc are available for
use with site passes (there may be a small additional charges for some
activities).
11 If a problem beyond our
control occurs prior to commencement of your holiday (i.e. Fire, Flood or
Vandalism) we Biss & Hazel Lal, the owners, reserve the right to cancel your holiday without
notice & a full refund will be given.

Greenacres holiday park and facilities are intended for family holidays.
Bookings by persons of 21 years of age or younger, or couples or groups of this
age group whether single sex or mixed are not allowed at Greenacres.

Please treat our (Biss & Hazel Lal’s) holiday home & the park with care &
respect so that others & we may continue to enjoy them.
For the comfort of other guests on the park Ball Games are not permitted
in the areas between & around the caravans.

We Biss & Hazel Lal, the owners, would be most grateful if food & drinks are not
consumed in the bedrooms. It would also be appreciated if beds & seating areas
were not used as trampolines.
Security Bond
Guests are required to
leave the caravan clean & tidy on departure. Accommodation is inspected at the
end of every stay & any loss, damage and breakages or if the caravan or any part
of the caravan is excessively dirty the security bond will be used to cover the
cost of cleaning or the replacing of any loss, damage and breakages.
Insurance
Guests are advised to take out cancellation and holiday insurance. They are also
advised to check that their home contents insurance covers them whilst away from
home. Biss & Hazel Lal will not accept any responsibility for any loss, breakages or
damage to guests’ property during their stay.
Parking
No more than two
vehicles may be parked beside the caravan; other vehicles must be parked at the
car park on site. Vehicles are parked at owners risk at all times.
Disabled Guests
Unfortunately the caravan is
not suitable for wheelchair dependant guests.
Caravan Occupation
Occupation of the caravan is
strictly limited to those named on the booking form. This is a legal
requirement & if not met the holiday will be terminated and guest will be asked
to vacate the caravan and leave Greenacres holiday park with no refund given.
Unacceptable Behaviour
We ( Biss & Hazel Lal) the
owners of the caravan reserve the right to terminate a holiday without notice or
compensation, where unreasonable or anti-social behaviour caused by those
persons named on the booking or their guests affect the enjoyment, comfort & or
health of other guests, or at the request of Haven holidays or their agents.
We, Biss & Hazel Lal, the owners, or our agents, reserve the right to enter the
caravan under exceptional circumstances, or for emergencies.
Haven holidays, or their agents, reserve the right to confiscate guest
passes without compensation if park rules are broken (A copy of the park rules
is available from reception at
Greenacres Holiday Park).
Arrival & Departure Times
Accommodation is available from 3pm onwards, keys to be collected from reception
at Greenacres, keys will not be issued without key form. Accommodation to be
vacated by 10am on day of departure & the keys returned to reception at
Greenacres. Should you expect to arrive at the Park after
6pm please inform
Greenacres reception on 01766 512781 to arrange key collection. Holidays run
from 3pm Saturday to 10am
Saturday.
What You Need to Bring
Bring washing up items,
tea towels, hand & bath towels, toiletries, duvet covers, pillowcases, bed linen
(or bring your own bedding) & your own holiday belongings.
Smoking & Pets
Smoking is not permitted inside the caravan; if
any guests must smoke then they must do so outside, not by putting their heads
out of the windows or standing in doorways. Cigarette ends should be disposed
of with care & respect for others. Strictly no pets are permitted inside the
caravan at all times.
Safety
A smoke detector is fitted in the caravan. For your own safety please do not
disconnect the battery during your stay. Should you have a problem whilst
cooking switch on the extractor fan over the hob and open windows and doors.
A fire extinguisher can be found in the boiler cupboard. Should you need to use
it or accidentally set it off please inform the owners so that it can be
replaced with a new extinguisher. |
