with full Central Heating, Double glazing & 3 Bedrooms,
The Caravan is available for hire at Greenacres Holiday Park Morfa Bychan near
 Porthmadog in North Wales one of Haven’s prestigious family Holiday parks & is
 situated in a recently redeveloped part of the park with its own Private Parking area.
The Caravan can sleep up to 6 People Maximum,
 No Smoking & No Pets

Including
The Caravan has Central Heating, Double-glazing and a spacious lounge with views of the Snowdonia mountains.
A colour TV, Sky digital, DVD player and a Gas fire. Dinning area. Kitchen consists of a cooker, toaster, kettle, microwave,
Fridge freezer and a full compliment of pots, pans and utensils. There is a Double Bedroom and 2 Twin bedrooms all with
fitted wardrobes, duvets and pillows are provided. Shower room & w/c are separate both with washbasin and hot and
cold running water. A vacuum cleaner is also supplied. A patio table and chairs is provided for guests who fancy a bit of alfresco
dinning or to sit outside and take in the suns rays with an ice cold beer or a glass of fine wine.
The sandy spread of Blackrock sands is just a stones throw away where children from 0 to 100 years can play to
there hearts content caravan is also within an easy walking distance of the Entertainment Complex;
Passes are needed to enter the complex & are not included in the price,
if required they can be ordered when booking and paid for on arrival at Greenacres.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking terms 
1 Bookings are strictly first come first serve.
2 Bookings will not be accepted of any person under the age of 21 Years.
3 A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required to book a holiday
4 A refundable £50.00 security bond is required on booking  (conditions apply see security bond below).
5 If required dates are not available on receipt of deposit or if alternative dates cannot be found deposit will be refunded.
6 Passes are not included in the holiday price but can be ordered when booking and collected and  paid for on arrival at Greenacres Holiday Park.
7 Full payment less deposit must be made 6 weeks prior to commencement of holiday or holiday dates may be re-advertised without refund of deposit.
8 Bookings made within 6 Weeks of the holiday start date are payable in full at time of booking.
9 The person making the booking will be responsible for all correspondence, payment of monies, the collection of passes from reception at Greenacres (if ordered), the return of keys to us Will & Jan Jones at the end of your holiday, the behaviour of guests in his/her party the caravan & all its contents and the cleanliness of the Caravan on departure. Caravan keys will be posted to the main guest address after balance cheque has been received and funds cleared.
10 Guests must give their full name, age (if under 18) & address at date of holiday (Haven requirement for the issuing of passes if ordered). All park clubs, pools, restaurants & activities etc are available for use with site passes (there may be a small additional charges for some activities).
11 If a problem beyond our control occurs prior to commencement of your holiday (i.e. Fire, Flood or Vandalism) we Will & Jan Jones the owners reserve the right to cancel your holiday without notice & a full refund will be given.
12 Greenacres holiday park and facilities are intended for family holidays. Bookings by persons of 21 years of age or younger, or couples or groups of this age group whether single sex or mixed are not allowed at Greenacres.
13 Please treat our (Will & Jan Jones) holiday home & the park with care & respect so that others & we may continue to enjoy them. For the comfort of other guests on the park  Ball Games are not permitted in the areas between & around the caravans.
14 We Will & Jan Jones the owners would be most grateful if food & drinks are not consumed in the bedrooms we have in the past had problems with stained bedroom furniture, it would also be appreciated if beds & seating areas were not used as trampolines

Pets  Our son and Daughter are allergic to feathers and animal hair therefore pets are not  permitted inside the caravan at any time.  If it is found that pets have or are in our caravan we Will & Jan Jones or our agents will enter the caravan and remove the offending pet and your holiday will be terminated immediately without compensation or the return of the security bond.

Smoking   Smoking is not permitted inside the caravan, if any guests do smoke then they must do so outside, not by putting their heads out of the windows or standing in doorways.  Plant pots around the caravan or anywhere else on park are there for the plants and are not to be used as ashtrays, cigarette ends should be disposed with care & respect for others.

Security Bond   Guests are required to leave the caravan clean & tidy on departure.  Accommodation is inspected at the end of every stay & any loss, damage and breakages or if the caravan or any part of the caravan is excessively dirty the security bond will be used to cover the cost of cleaning or the replacing any loss, damage and breakages.

Parking   No more than two vehicles may be parked beside the caravan; other vehicles must be parked at the car park on site. Vehicles are parked at owners risk in all areas at all times.

Cancellation   Guests are advised to take out cancellation insurance.

Arrival & departure times   Accommodation is available from 3pm onwards, Accommodation to be vacated by 10:30 am on day of departure.

What you need to bring   Bring washing up items, tea towels, hand & bath towels, toiletries, duvet covers, pillowcases, bed linen (or bring your own bedding) & your own holiday belongings.

Disabled guests   Unfortunately the caravan is not suitable for wheelchair dependant guests.

Caravan occupation   Occupation of the caravan is strictly limited to those named on the booking form.  This is a legal requirement & if not met the holiday will be terminated and guest will be asked to vacate the caravan and leave Greenacres holiday park with no refund given.

Unacceptable behaviour   We ( Will & Jan Jones) the owners of the caravan reserve the right to terminate a holiday without notice or compensation, where unreasonable or anti-social behaviour caused by those persons named on the booking or their guests affect the enjoyment, comfort & or health of other guests or at the request of Haven holidays or their agents.  We Will & Jan Jones the owners or our agents reserve the right to enter the caravan under exceptional circumstances, or for emergencies.  Haven holidays or their agents reserve the right to confiscate guest passes without compensation if park rules are broken (A copy of the park rules is available from reception at Greenacres holiday park).
